Most Hello Molly returns products within 30 days of purchase, but you won’t be able to receive a refund. Instead, you will be given a store credit that you can use to purchase other products from the company.

What Is The Hello Molly Returns Policy?
Hello Molly returns policy will allow you to return most products within 30 days of purchase. They will not give you a refund, unlike other companies. Instead, all returns will be dealt with store credit. Hello Molly only allows you to exchange products with other people in their range.
If you want store credit to be issued, your orders should be returned in a condition where they can be sold again. There are many products that have an issue with hygiene. It’s not possible to send underwear and cosmetics back to Hello Molly.

Hello Molly has no branches in the US.
How Strict Is Their Policy?
There is a strict policy. You won’t be able to start the process if you don’t start within 30 days. You need to be able to create a shipping label through the site.
Can You Send A Return To Hello Molly Late?
No. You will not be able to initiate a return if the HELLO MOLLY Returns period is expired.
You will be able to return your item for store credit if you start the return process before the 30-day period is over. You should be as quick as possible in dealing with it.
